TLG Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using TLG YouTube Studio ("the application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. The application
TLG YouTube Studio is a desktop application for organizing video projects and publishing videos to YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Google and YouTube services
The application uses the YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube through the application is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of your data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. The application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.
4. Your responsibilities
- Connect only Google accounts and YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the videos and other content you publish, and for complying with YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright rules and applicable law.
- Keep the computer on which the application is installed secure.
5. Access and termination
You may stop using the application at any time by disconnecting your channels, revoking access in your Google Account and uninstalling the application. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party services such as YouTube will remain available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application, including loss of data, content or channel access.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
